Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 April 2026

1. About these terms

These terms set out the agreement between you and us when you use the Bryan Blue Zone website, sign up for our content or services, or buy anything from us.

By using the site or signing up for anything we offer, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when they last changed. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know by email or through a notice on the site before they take effect.

2. Who we are

Bryan Blue Zone is a trading name of Lucidx Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. [INSERT COMPANY NUMBER]).

  • Registered office: Flat 4, 79 Southwood Road, London, SE9 3QF
  • Email: deon@lucidx.co.uk
  • Telephone: 07830 129 686

In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Lucidx Ltd trading as Bryan Blue Zone. "You" and "your" mean the person using the site or services.

3. Using the website

You can use the Bryan Blue Zone website if you're 18 or over. By using it, you confirm that you are.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else's rights
  • Copy, scrape, or systematically extract content from the site without our permission
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems, or any related infrastructure
  • Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
  • Impersonate anyone else or provide false information when signing up

We reserve the right to refuse access, suspend accounts, or remove content at our discretion if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

4. Our content

Everything on the Bryan Blue Zone website — including the writing, images, videos, design, branding, and any educational material — belongs to us or is licensed to us. It's protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You're welcome to read it, share links to it, and use it for your own personal reference. You're not permitted to:

  • Copy or reproduce substantial portions of our content
  • Republish our content elsewhere without written permission
  • Use our content to train AI models
  • Use our branding, name, or logo without permission

If you'd like to reference or quote our content somewhere, get in touch and we'll usually say yes.

5. Signing up for content and services

When you sign up for newsletters, content, or any of our free or paid services, you're entering into an agreement with us covering whatever you've signed up for.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact details up to date so we can deliver what you've signed up for.

You can unsubscribe from any email communication at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

6. Paid services and consultancy

If you engage us for paid services, the specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed separately in writing — typically through a proposal, statement of work, or email confirmation. Those terms, together with these terms, will form the agreement between us.

If there's any conflict between a specific written agreement for paid services and these terms, the specific agreement takes precedence.

Payment terms, cancellation rights, and refund arrangements for paid services will be set out in the relevant proposal or agreement.

7. Buying products

When you buy a product through the site:

Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. If we can't fulfil your order for any reason — including stock issues, pricing errors, or delivery limitations — we'll let you know and refund any payment.

Pricing. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but if we spot a clear error after you've ordered, we'll contact you with the correct price before processing the order.

Payment. Payment is taken at the point of order through our payment provider. We don't store your full card details.

Delivery. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you when the product is delivered to the address you've provided. If delivery is delayed for reasons within our control, we'll keep you informed.

Your right to cancel (consumer cancellation rights). If you're buying as a consumer (not for a business), you have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to give a reason. To cancel, contact us at deon@lucidx.co.uk. You'll then have 14 days to return the goods at your own cost. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving evidence you've returned them, whichever is sooner.

Exceptions to the right to cancel. The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:

  • Goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery
  • Perishable goods (such as food or drink with a short shelf life)
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
  • Digital content you've started downloading or streaming with your consent

We'll make any applicable exceptions clear at the point of purchase.

Faulty or misdescribed goods. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you're entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. Contact us as soon as possible.

8. Our promises and limits

We take care to make sure the content on the Bryan Blue Zone website is accurate and useful, and that our services are delivered to a professional standard.

That said:

  • The website and its content are provided "as is". We don't guarantee the site will be available without interruption or error-free.
  • General content on the site is provided for information and is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific situation.
  • We don't accept responsibility for any external websites we link to.
  • We don't accept responsibility for the actions or content of third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law (including your statutory rights as a consumer)

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with these terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — is limited to the greater of:

  • The total amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
  • £100

We will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.

This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Things outside our control

We won't be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control — including (but not limited to) supplier failures, internet or hosting outages, strikes, natural disasters, illness, or government action.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the site, unsubscribe, or close any account with us at any time.

We may end your access to the site or any service if you materially break these terms, or if we're required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice first.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including those covering intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply after the agreement ends.

13. The full agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific written agreement for paid services, make up the whole agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the site and our services.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms will continue to apply.

If we don't enforce a term straight away, that doesn't mean we've waived our right to enforce it later.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the site will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
